2 huge Xilinx Virtex II XC2V6000-4C FPGAs and likely top 48Mb DDR2 SRAM in 2 banks + 256Mb DDR SDRAM in 2 banks (as all memory ICs are installed).

32/64 Bits, 33/66 MHz.
Tested to power up, successfully recognized as PCI device by MS Windows.
