    Description

National Instruments NI NI-9237 Bridge Analog Input Module cDAQ cRIO *TESTED*
Listed item is for (1) NI-9237 module with (4) RJ-50 inputs as shown in first picture.  Nothing else is included.
The NI-9237 is used for strain / bridge measurements and has four independent channels each with a dedicated 24 bit ADC that can sample up to 50kHz.  The signal conditioning, including signal amplification and filtering, is built in.  The bridge power (i.e. excitation) can be internal or external depending upon the power required.  External excitation can be applied using the separate black connector.
These modules can be used for 1/4, 1/2, and full bridge applications.  The module also has circuitry for shunt calibrations.
All four channels of each module were tested by a NI Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) using NI MAX and found working.  Each channel, one at a time, was connected to a S-type load cell with roughly 18 pounds applied.  Please see pictures.
This module currently sells new for 55 from NI.  Please contact us if you need RJ-50 cables or break-out connectors.
    Important Note
: the NI-9237 module uses RJ-50 connectors with 10 conductors.  These connectors look like the more common RJ-45 connectors with 8 conductors that are very common in networking.  However, never plug in a RJ-45 connector into the module as the module will likely be permanently damaged!
The individual module pictures are of a single representative unit.  All modules are in good cosmetic condition.
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.  If you're not, please give us a chance to make it right before leaving negative feedback! If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
